I did a clean install of Windows 7 on my 1510 and it seems to have lost its touch.

It does not appear from this forum that a lot of 1510's have gone down the Windows 7 road. Possibly, I should not have...

Any suggestions about where/how to get my touch back?

Install this Vista ACPI Device Driver (FUJ02B1) for P1610 and you'll get your touch back:
http://www.fujitsu-pc-asia.com/drivers/spring07Vista/powermanagement/fuj02b1v123.zip
Then Windows Update will take care of the rest.
Also you need the latest bios V1.15 for full tablet functionality in W7.

From my post in the P1610 W7 Topic:

Let me know about your experience with these two things.

I can touch!!! And I did the bios update.

Then I couldn't hear so, following your lead, I found the audio driver for xp and gave that a whirl and BINGO! I got sound.

I don't use the thumb dealie or TPM so I may be set!

Thank you so much for your fast and perfect rescue.
